She believes purpose and a deep understanding of unique strengths should drive talented people’s decision-making and will lead to their greatest happiness and success. In addition, building a community from whom leaders can receive and give support and insight along the journey is of particular focus to her methods.
Rebecca has a deep skillset in psychotherapy, group counseling, personality assessment, and individual and team development. She has spent the past few years partnering with leaders in multinational companies in financial services and technology firms.
Rebecca holds a bachelor’s in psychology from Princeton University and an MBA and PhD in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
