John Roman, M.S. is the Vice President of Research and Analytics for Mission 6 Zero. At Mission 6 Zero, Roman is responsible for modeling the performance increases attributable to the Total Warrior Strength model. His team fuses the experiences of Mission 6 Zero’s veterans and knowledge of performance psychology to create and interpret proprietary metrics that show domain specific improvement.
Roman also applies his performance psychology expertise in sport and will be entering his third season as the University of Florida’s goalkeeper coach for women’s soccer.
Before joining the Gators in January of 2016, Roman enrolled in the University of Florida’s graduate school to study performance psychology. He received his Master’s degree in 2017, and is currently pursuing a doctorate through the University of Florida’s Performance Psychology Laboratory.
From 2011 to 2015, Roman worked as a research analyst specializing in big data and analytics for CEB (acquired in 2017 by Gartner).
